Every Karst Jewellery piece comes with our 6 month Warranty. We will repair your jewellery free of charge.
Before sending your items, please email us at customercare@https://karstjewellery.co.uk. Please make sure to quote your order number that you will have received via email when you placed your order. We will then confirm your piece is within the 6-month warranty period before you arrange postage. If an item is returned prior to our confirmation of eligibility under the 6-month warranty then the postage cost of sending and returning the item is that of the customers.
When returning items you need to send the items using Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class postage using original or suitable package. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please include a receipt for the postage cost with your item and this will then be reimbursed to your original payment method from your order.
