If we can locate the original order, we would be happy to exchange your item if unworn. We will require details of the person who originally ordered the item.
Promotions or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid on any sale items.
All orders over £100 will receive the free delivery offer automatically, this can be used in conjunction with other offers.
Can I amend my order?
If you would like to amend or add to your order, please contact us within an hour of placing your order and we will be able to modify the order.
If you have received your dispatch email but it is before 3pm please call us on 0207 097 9350 and we will try our best to help you with amending your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please call us on 0207 097 9350 and we will be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been dispatched.
